1:1 Coaching
I work with leaders, creatives, business owners, senior managers, and directors on a 1:1 basis with my bespoke coaching programmes. Working in this way over several months gives you space to think differently, creatively and with freedom; a space where you will be listened to.
Coaching conversations are wide-ranging but recurring themes include dealing with imposter syndrome, building your confidence as a leader, creating life/work balance, navigating change and career progression.
Through coaching you can explore the 'where and what next' in your life and develop the skills, confidence, and resilience to get there.

If you’re looking for clarity of mind or a focused plan of action on a specific challenge you’re facing, then look no further than Accelerate.
This 90-minute coaching session allows you the space to clarify your goals, identify obstacles, and create an actionable plan to get on track. After our 1:1 session, you'll receive detailed notes of our conversation and some coaching tools to try yourself.
Accelerate comes with built-in accountability, with access to a 30-minute follow-up call within 3 months of our first meeting.

Four Seasons Behavioural Profiling
For leaders or managers who are looking to enhance their teams’ collective productivity and communication, I use the Four Seasons behaviour profiling tool. As a coach, I find it to be incredibly effective in helping organisations understand individual and collective strengths.
