About Me

With 30 years leadership and management experience within the cultural sector, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of organizations. From national funding bodies to small independent arts companies, it has always been important to me that the work I did made a difference.
Most recently, I spent 13 years designing Leadership Development programmes for Clore Leadership, which helped strengthen the careers of thousands of established and aspiring leaders. Witnessing people challenge themselves, stretch and grow during these courses was hugely inspiring and rewarding.
Following a career break, I had the time to reflect on my values and what truly excites and fulfils me. Through coaching, I can create a space for my clients to be heard, explore possibilities, and fulfil their potential. It is the best job, and I feel very lucky to have reached this point.

Testimonials
"Fiona has motivated me, helped me to see my strengths, and where I can do more to help achieve my goals. I felt Fiona understood me - she took time to get to know me as a person – more than who I am at work, and more that my job title. I feel like Fiona knows and understands my whole self."

"Fiona is a fantastic, skilled and experienced coach. I worked with her on building a vision and plan for my small business but I think she would be helpful for anyone who wants to expand their horizons of what they can achieve, gain greater self knowledge and awareness and take practical steps towards achieving their goals. Fiona is also great fun, a brilliant listener and someone you just feel knows their stuff. Highly recommend!"

Katie Pekacar, Director, Spark Insight and Research
"I started with a lot of concerns and questions, unsure of what challenges I faced, let alone how to go about addressing them. Working with Fiona enabled me to 'see the wood from the trees', develop a clearer sense of myself and what I wanted, and work out a plan of what next..."

Jonathan, HM Government, London
"I had a wonderful experience during my coaching sessions with Fiona. I really appreciated the process of challenging my thinking, approach and perspective to a variety of situations, and Fiona's wealth of experience in the cultural sector was invaluable in understanding the context of our discussions. I came away from each session inspired and feeling rejuvenated to try new things and push myself out of my comfort zone. I highly recommend Fiona and I look forward to connecting again in the future."
